I ask again - why did I gain so much weight when I stopped eating meat and you have lost so much? It isn't fair! Did you cut out dairy, too? I need your secrets.
I cut out 90% of my dairy. I only have cheese when i eat out. That's all. I also cut out just about everything with sugar and try to eat foods that have very few ingredients and no preservatives. So whenI eat now, I just think of what I used to eat and have the opposite.

I just ate a vat of pasta, an ice cream cone, bread with butter and cheese, and chips dipped in queso. I may have identified the problem.
